Payment Terms and Conditions
1. The First Installment equivalent
to thirty percent (30%) of the total
amount of expense
(including without limitation,
transportation cost, accommodation
cost, medical treatment service fee
and expense, etc.) should be fully
received by us before a confirmation
of your appointment will be sent to
you
2.
The Second Installment equivalent to
seventy percent (70%) of the total
amount of total service expenses
shall be paid to us on the first
date of your arrival. If any further
costs or expenses occur during your
stay, we will inform you
accordingly.
3.
Any postponement of appointment must
be notified to us at least 1 month
prior to the date of your
appointment; otherwise a
postponement fee shall be charged at
the rate of ten percent (10%) of the
First Installment.
4.
Any cancellation of your appointment
must be notified to us at least 1
month prior to the date of your
appointment; otherwise the total
amount of the First Installment
shall not be refundable. In the
event the said cancellation of
appointment is notified to us within
the said 1 month, the First
Installment shall be refunded, less
any cost and expenses incurred for
your arrangements by us.
5.
We reserve the right to amend any
payment terms and conditions at any
time as it may deem appropriate
without having to notify any party
in advance.
